You can contact me in whichever way is best for you.

I will usually reply within 24 hours.

I know everybody likes to communicate in different ways, so please let me know what is best for you. (e.g. I can record voice or video messages if reading doesn't suit you.)

I am happy to talk to you about whether I might be a good person to help you. I specialise in autism support, however you do not need a diagnosis of autism to seek support, and you don't need to be autistic to want support with communication.
